                        -SETA: Latino Youth Leadership Day, on April 12th 8am-2:30pm

                        -ASB: S.T.E.P.S Orientation for incoming High School students. On Saturday April 6th from 8-3:30. 1st group will help from 8-12 and the 2nd group from 11-3:30pm

                        -ASB: Harlem Shake Video

                        -Sustainability: Earth Day Event will be having informational booth and will also be showing a documentary film. They need help with set-up and club participation.

                        -ASB: Will be having a Campus Clean Up Day; date is still to be determined!

                        -ASB Harlem Shake Video: Date is set for April 4th at 2pm, we need Student Participation.

                        -Resources Fair- info TBA, Date is set for April 4th

            -Club Reports

                        -Creative Writing/Quill: talked about the Creative Arts Day, they will be having students recite poetry and their Fundraiser

                        -Philosophy Club: is having an open discussion called “Challenging the Mind”

                        -Puente Club: is having a Cinco de Mayo Celebration on May 2nd they will be selling food items, they encourage club participation, cost of the booth is $25 and food is a “First come First Served” basis.                         -AG Council: 4H conference on Saturday went well, and for Kids Day they raised about $2,000 for Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera.

                        -AG Council-Equestrian Team: is going to Finals in Kentucky, they are the only Community College to participate in the Finals.

                        -Social Work Club: will be showing a documentary video called “Invisible War” (which is about rape in the military)

                        -MSA (Muslim Student Alliance): Art Show in Three Rivers, CA at the Court Gallery on April 20th more info: namelessfire.com

                        -MEChA: having a MEChA Club Awareness Day today in quad. (3/21/13)

                        -PrintWorks: will be having a Print-A-Thon, they will be doing printing and labeling for 24hrs and will be offering special pricing, they can print on almost anything, for more information please contact Erick at erickfelix323@hotmail.com. In the middle of June they will be having a Workshop

-New Club: Yoga Club now officially chartered as of 3-5-2013

-Old Business:

-SETA: will be having a Latino(a) Leadership Academy workshop and they need help setting up booths, tour guides, booth personnel, crowd control etc,.for more information please contact Jonathan Sosa at Jonathansosa93@yahoo.com

-Veggie Club: from the Spay-ghetti ticket sales they managed to fundraise about 4,000 dollars

-Black History Month: Feb 28th not very many attended the event but they thought it was a good idea to celebrate Black History.

-March for March: Trip was a lot of fun but the amount of students wasn’t as much as last year’s march in Sacramento. About 2000 students showed up this year.

New Business:

-Grad Ceremony registration deadline is March 14th

-Happy Trails: AGS Pony Rides for Disabled people. They need help with spreading Hay, or Straw for the horses, they need help with the event. Event will be held on March 16th from 8-10:30 am, location is AVE 156 and Mooney Blvd

- SETA Event: Latino Leadership Academy: April 12th from 8-2:30

-ASB, S.T.E.P.s Orientation for high school students will be held on April 6th from 8-3:30, they need 2 groups of volunteers. First group from 8-12:30 and 2nd from 11-3:30

Club Reports:

-PUENTE: is hosting a 5k run at COS on May 4th starting at 8am-??, all proceeds are for school scholarships

-ASB Harlem Shake Video April 4th

-Sustainability: Hosting Earth Day April 22nd they will be having an informational booth to bring awareness of Earth and problems as well as showing a documentary video.

-Vets Society: June 22nd will be participating in the Tough Mudder, Mud-Run at San Bernardino,

-MEChA: will be holding an informational day on March 21st,

-Social Work: will be showing a documentary film about Rape in the Military, called The Invisible War

-Creative Writing/Quill: Literary Arts day in Aril, more info TBA

-PrintWorks: Print-A-Thon, in April info TBA, will do anything that’s printable

-AG Council: placed 4th in the Cow/Bull Conference

                                    -Ag Council: to host 4H judging tournament for middle school kids from the Area on Sat. March 16th 8-??

                        -Equestrian: Team is going to Semi-Finals (GOOD JOB)

                        -Dairy: did well in the Dairy Show
